The NEVCE Team are dedicated to supporting change in the uptake of Electric Vehicles in Australia.
As a public not-for-profit company, this comes with strict standards and reporting.
Our Board Members are:
Toby is an electrical and electronics engineer, has built up / accelerated over 7 companies in the renewable energy and transport space. He was also an integral part on the ACT Climate Change Council representing business and delivery as these ACT Target ranges were recommended and set. He has also served as Chair of the Australian Institute of Energy in Canberra for 11 years.

Toby has over 20 years of experience in sustainable energy projects across the energy delivery spectrum: from education and energy policy through to cost benefit analysis, feasibility, design, construction, commissioning, operation and finance. His experience covers the transition to a zero emission, carbon neutral world.
Adrian is a regional leader with over two decades of experience in the Australian decarbonisation sector ranging from Wind Farms to Electric Vehicles both in public and private sectors.
As a father of two, he is committed to avoid the worst consequences of climate change and deliver a healthier planet to the future generations.

Michelle successfully sold the software company Intelledox that she co-founded to a private equity-owned global software leader and now sits on that Board as a Non-Executive Director. She is a trusted advisor to CEOs, universities, governments and high growth technology companies and is an investor in impactful technology companies
Michelle is an experienced Director, Non-Executive Director, Board Chair and Deputy Chair as well as an accomplished public speaker in technology, innovation and team culture.

The NEVCE Team are dedicated to supporting change in the uptake of Electric Vehicles in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia wide and internationally. Australian experience in vehicle electrificiation is being used to help other countries decarbonise transport. Here at the National Electric Vehicle centre of excellence, we are focused on supporting nearby neighbours including New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and the Pacific.
Robert is a dynamic and results-driven Executive with over 20 years of experience in leading strategic planning, financial management, and corporate governance initiatives. Proven track record of driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

He is highly experienced with over 35 years as a leader and innovator in education technologies and digital transformation. Deep experience working across schools, universities, industry and the international development sector in Australia, Hong Kong, Cambodia and Pakistan.
Idris brings over 20 years of research experience in various policy roles in the private and public sector relating to research in the field of clean energy, buildings, information technology, data management and economic/market development areas. He has extensive experience working across government, universities, industry and the international development sector in Australia, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Japan and Korea and extensively travelled for work in the rest of Southeast Asia, Western Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Policy writing and project management of complex projects whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders through public engagement. Working collaboratively with exceptional teams to deliver critical projects aligned to business objectives. Strategic policy developer for targeted results backed by data analytical skills to model outcome and operational requirements.
Mark has been involved in the growth and mentoring of many organisations including those in the renewable energy space through his business coaching consultancy for the SME market in the Canberra region. He has a passion to understand human behaviour, communication & group development in organisations. He incorporates a Psycho Analytical process that is effective for the transformational change process. The process combines Transactional Analysis (TA) (founder Dr Eric Berne MD and a psychiatrist), and Group relations (GR) originally developed by Dr. Wilfried Bion, Tavistock institute, to offer theory of understanding dynamics in groups, organizations.
He has been practicing (TA) & (GR) in consultancy, supervision for individuals and team development since 2012 and has found that individuals and teams grow emotionally by gaining awareness that allows them to view problems and challenges in a perspective of learning and growth. Groups and individuals increase productivity and reduce stress and anxiety allowing them to work successfully in groups. Mark also brings a wealth of experience from his prior executive sales roles in Real estate, Property development, Construction and Information Technology.
